get rid of it part 2
We are back at cleaning out the closets. I can't believe how much stuff you can get into 1 little closet. This time Troy cleaned out his clothes and I did my own 27 fling boogie in the kitchen. Just a little at a time and we will be clutter free!

Dawson saves Easter
Well Caitlin just loves to pose for the camera, but as you can see the boys are not as excited to do so.
We had a great Easter that started very early this morning. Dawson woke up very early to see that the Easter Bunny had come in the middle of the night and left a trail of eggs for everybody to find. He opened the first egg to see that there was not any jelly beans inside it, so he went on to the next... and the next...untill he had picked up every single one. "Funny they were all empty" he thought. He found everyones Easter Baskets in the process and saw that he indeed had jelly beans in the eggs that were in the baskets. So Dawson took all his jelly beans and filled all the empty eggs with them and re-hid all the eggs so Dylan could find them when he woke up.
When I woke up Dawson told me what he had done and that he was suprised that he didn't wake anyone up, the jelly beans make so much noise going into those plastic eggs!
I asked him if he thought that maybe the Easter Bunny didn't want the eggs to have jelly beans inside them because Caitlin is too young to have any. As his eyes looked at me with great wonder he said to me, " uh......no".
So Dawson saved Easter this year!

Pancakes on the Porch
We all went to papa and tutu's house for brunch today. The kids had Pancakes and had fun hunting for Easter Eggs.
The grown ups had Ziplock omelets and fruit. I have never heard of such an omelet before but you put 2 eggs in a freezer bag and fill it with toppings of your choice, squish it all together and you boil the bag for about 15 minutes. We put our names on the bag before boiling them and they came out the most perfect little shaped omelets you have ever seen! You have to try it.
Happy Easter!

Hmmmm
Well all week long I have come to post a blog and sat forever trying to find something to say. Sometimes there is just nothing worth writing about.
Sad isn't it?
Some of my friends have blogs and they can type a whole page out on something or some thought. I don't know how they do it.
All I have are these short but sweet pages.
I'll try to blog something worth reading tomorrow..........:)

get rid of it!
I have been digging out all my old stuff and getting rid of it! I took 4 bags to the thrift store the other day and that was just out of my closet! I do a little every day, visit the flylady web site on my favorites. She has a great routine for getting rid of clutter.
